WARRANTY TERMS

A warranty is a guarantee or promise made by a manufacturer or similar party regarding the condition of their product

Exhibitions

At PS9, we stand by the quality of our work and products. Here’s what our warranty covers:

Coverage Duration 🗓️

  • All products are covered under a 12-months hardware and installation warranty from the date of installation. *No warranty for glasses

  • For renovation works, it is also covered under a 12-months warranty from the date of handover.

  • Service works such as changing of hinges, handles, films, locks, glass insert etc. are not entitled to any warranty coverage.

What's Covered ✅

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Installation issues

  • Hardware issues

What's NOT Covered ❌

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents

  • Issues due to modifications by third parties

  • Environmental or weather-related damage

How to Make a Claim 📃

To request warranty service:

  • Provide your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

  • Contact your assigned sales person or our general hotline 9771 0603 with a description and video / photos of the issue

  • We’ll assess and follow up with a suitable solution

For Digital Lock's warranty, it is fulfilled directly by respective digital lock brands:

  • Igloohome (1+2 years warranty) 

  • Zigbang (1+2 years warranty) 

  • Biosystem (1 or 5 years warranty)

  • Philips (3 years warranty)

*Warranty terms for digital lock are not determined by PS9 Reno and may vary case by case. Any changes, repairs, or replacements are strictly at the discretion of the respective digital lock brand.

For Digital Lock's technical support or 24/7 helpline:

*Warranty terms for Line8 are not determined by PS9 Reno and may vary case by case. Any changes, repairs,

or replacements are strictly at the discretion of Line8.

Our Commitment 🩷

If the concern raised is under warranty coverage, we’ll provide:

  • Repair or adjustment

  • Replacement of faulty parts

For issue outside of coverage, charges will apply accordingly

Important Notes ⚠️

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser

  • It is non-transferable / non-refundable
